Reply:I was hoping to see it in action. I can't find any others on YouTube except small homeowner units that I guess are used for well water. Did you use spray transfer on that project? The whole build looks great!
Reply:Kobleco DW316lp fluxcore dualsheild its the best stuff ever, we used carbon flanges clad with 316l plate and the gasket surface was machined out and built back up with 309 then 316.

Reply:As far as i know its used to get the sand out of the black liquor in a papermill see this wiki page for a better explanation http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_liquorFor shielding gas we use 75/25 argon/co2.
