I received a call to do a repair job on some type of aluminum tool box, the one with a fuel tank, the repair isn't on the tank but what i was wondering was since my sa 250 only goes down to a min of 90 amps i think that it will be to strong to weld the 1/8 material with those aluminum rods (mabe im wrong) but i have the 230v weld palk hd and thought it might be worth taking the job if i can use this machine the only problem is i dont have anything for it to run aluminum wire so my question is what will i need to buy to make it weld aluminum and what it will cost, any info will be very helpful because i wont be able to call the local welding supply untill tomorrow and i was hoping to get back to the customer tonite (he is very impatient) |
