A few years ago a neighbor gave me a small antler to use for a sword project........ He was into knives at the time which I knew was a passing fancy...... and the sword in question was some Pakistany stainless POS that an ex-Marine friend of mine wanted me to fix...... the sword and the antler are in my garage still...... 3 years later...... (The Ex-Marine jabs me daily about it and reminds me that I am/was a Squid..)....Well....... I decided to do something with the Antler..... I couldn't toss it... I don't toss anything....... ever.....I grabbed some Aluminum scrap..... some JB Weld..... a self tapping screw.... and the Antler.......JB welded the pieces together... then went roller skating with Ava....... Came back 3 hours later once all was set...... put a screw through the back side to secure it.... then mounted it to the wall.....Hung my stinger lead on it so that I could quickly switch from TIG to Stick without heaving 50 feet of #1 across the garage........Scrap put to use.........PICS.......Precision TIG 185 and MP 210Bobcat 225NTCutmaster 42O/A tanks.... 2 Argon tanks...... 2 C25 TanksFacebook......
