Reply:looks like hog ring pliers,,,used to crimp round rings for upholstery..if the inside is grooved out, otherwise looks like it also could squeeze closed rubber tubing...Of all the things I lost I miss my mind the most...I know just enough about everything to be dangerous......You cant cure stupid..only kill it...
