New guy here, sorry if I'm posting in the wrong spot...I'll get this site figured out...Found a small welding supply business that's selling their Cutmaster 42 machines for 999.99. Seems like a heckuva deal, although there are a few online even cheaper. Just curious if anyone has used that particular plasma cutter and how it worked for them. This would be for my home garage. Also, has anyone had any issues buying things online vs. buying in a brick and mortar store? Thinking I'd rather buy from an actual store, especially because of warranty issues, even if the online store is cheaper. is the company's website www.triarc.usThanks for any help.
Reply:Hey jj,You can get that unit online from a very reputable E-Bay dealer... IOC. It is $913 w/free s/h & no tax. They are very good with warranty issues if you have a problem. Reply:jjms2, i have bought 3 machines from ioc ( indiana oxygen company) through ebay. i had a problem with my miller passport plus, brought it to my local weld supply store & they took care of the repair ( warranty ) i would not hesitate to buy from them again & his prices are pretty good compared to lws where i am.
