In the last few weeks, I thought someone had posted a link for a company that sells abrasives. I cannot remember the exact name and am having trouble searching to find it. I am looking for 4-1/2" grinding discs, separating discs, and flap discs. In a 7" , I am looking for grinding and flap discs. Also, am looking for 8" grinding wheel, 36b grit, 3/4" width source. Any ideas or good experiences are appreciated.

Reply:We buy almost exclusively Sait wheels at work, Lots of cutoff saw wheels (12-14") and angle grinder zip wheels, They hold up a lot better than many of the others we've used and dont come apart nearly as bad.
Reply:have not used them yet but - pretty good deal IF the discs are any good, http://www.northerntool.com/shop/too...e=&marketcode=When any government, or any church for that matter, undertakes to say to its subjects, "This you may not read, this you must not see, this you are forbidden to know," the end result is tyranny and oppression, no matter how holy the motives.
Reply:I bought some abrasives from Rescue Welding recently at great good prices ("going out of business sale"):http://weldingweb.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=55081I got some 4.5" aluminum grinding wheels, some 2" and 3" scotch brite discs, some scotch brite pads. Reply:http://www.archerusa.com/metalcuttin..._grinding.html Good stuff for the money. Have to buy in bulk though. The very best flap discs I have found are CGW. Camel Grinding Wheels. I get the from the AWS store. They are made in Israel, I think they use Norton abrasives. Salty but last a very long time.
