Friend of mine brought over this lil project for me to do for him. In the end he wants the whole back side of the truck to look like one solid piece he's doin lil by lil as his money allows him to do it. I think next up we're gonna relocate the taillights to the roll pan and put some sheet metal fillers in where the lights once were. For this project I used my 135 millermatic running .030 wire 75/25 gas heat set to 10 and wire speed around 40. Pics really don't do this project justice I really need to get a camera instead of using my cell phone. 93 Bobcat 225GMillerMatic 135HF Tig 91811

Reply:nope no relocation of the handle it was welded in place the rear of the truck will eventually be one solid piece. gonna fill in the tail lights and put some other light source in the roll pan. I'm going to weld up the gap between the body of the truck and the tailgate and roll pan when ever he gets the extra funds. He's supplying all of the metal and stuff I'm just charging for my time which will be used to buy grinder discs gas and wire.93 Bobcat 225GMillerMatic 135HF Tig 91811
