Its been a wile from my last post but thought id share some of my artwork.  Kayak fisherman, Hammerhead Shark,  Welder Dude And Some Bottle Openers. Slow at making them due to injury in my elbow but it keeps me busy at home around beer 30. Reply:Excellent work. I'm diggin' the kayak fisherman. I do a bit of kayak fishing myself. Do you have any build threads where you speak to the process you use? I'm curious how you create the 'abstract' geometry (bodies, faces, any portion that's not structural).
Reply:other good beers with bottle openers that i have tried. These are my picsIf you like my stuff you can find me on Facebook.  https://www.facebook.com/theangryanv...ngryanvilforge

Reply:Really nice job. The scuba diver is neat.
Reply:The faces got me, too. Very neat.  Attention to detail with the air hoses, regulators, air gauges, are all cool, but you have to know they are correct to even realize to include them. Reply:I saw your shark and Diver over on IFI just a bit ago and wondered if that was you. Nice job on the diver, but you have the reg and snorkel reversed on the wrong side of his head. ( sorry diver in me)The rebar has an interesting look and the soft curves on the arms and legs reminds ma a lot of a diver in a heavy 7 mil wetsuit. I'm not sold on the funky but or the round plate hands though. The strange but looks a lot like a bottle opener, and  being able to use him for that would be really cool.I also really like your bottle openers. I've been doing very basic ones right now in flat bar, usually pushing a round hole larger than the bar width thru the bar. I'll have to try it with some square stock next time around. There's more possibilities with the handle on square bar vs flat stock..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Government programs, once launched, never disappear. Reply:Thanks DSW.Each bottle opener i make i try to experiment with something new.  I am just getting into the blacksmith side of the house this year. It is something that the more you work on the better you get and dont be afraid to try something new.  I worked on a rose and some stuff for the wife as well.  Endless possibilities to try.  IFI is a forum i look around on frequently.  Lots of good info there. If you like my stuff you can find me on Facebook.  https://www.facebook.com/theangryanv...ngryanvilforge
