Weldanpower 130 engine runs wont weld

Hey guys, I just picked up a 130 weldanpower for $100 the engine runs great its a Koler this is an older model the code is 7500.I looked at the brushes and they seem to be fine, what else can I look for.I pulled the front cover to look at the brushes and there aint much esle in there,plus I dont know what to look for ,It was pretty clean no smell of any burned wire or broken wire.What next?I need some help.
