Info on Maxwell, Manning & Moore lathe

I am looking for a lathe and this popped up on CL. Doesn't appear to have any tooling. Says it is 10' long and has never turned it on. The seller is asking $750... I was thinking it might be high. Anyone know anything about these? I don't have any experience with these thing, I am thinking it might be too much work to get going... are parts available for these?
