Precision 275 troubleshoot starting problem

I've owned a precision 275 for several years but have started to have arc starting problems just recently.In DC mode (I haven't tried AC) the arc sometimes seems to flash inside the cup, other times there's no arc at all but I can hear the hi-freq at the spark gap in the machine, other times it works just fine.I've tried cleaning all grounding connections and trying a new bottle of argon, no effect. I cleaned and reset the spark gap. No difference.Any suggestions?
Reply:Found the problemSmall burn hole in the gas line.It was small, but replacing the line solved the problem.
