Hello everybody I'm a noob here, after lurking around for awhile picking up tips and tricks I finally decide to sign up. I built this cart about a year ago with maybe 2hrs of total hood time and I figured it was an easy enough project and I could handle it, my welding skills weren't the best but my grinding skills where purdy good. I since gotten better and even picked up an AC225 along the way just in case I need to do 1/4" or bigger (not often but I have it if I need it)... oh yeah I built the cart with my then new Lincoln 140c using 75/25 with .030 wire. Thanks for looking Attached Images
Reply:Still wok in on it, almost done Attached Images
Reply:Once it was finished I had it powder coated "gun metal grey" and now it sits in my garage and has served me well. Once again thanks for looking Attached Images

Reply:HeySparky,I thought you did a great job. It's always easier to think of more things later, but you did a good job and looks like you learned as you went along.Welcome to the forum. Keep posting pictures of your projects. You will learn a lot.Burt _____________________Miller Syncrowave 250Millermatic 211Miller 375 Plasma Cutter Hobart Handler 12010FtDrillBit.com
Reply:Looks great, I like how you incoparated a place for several tools. Love the finish too.
Reply:Very nice job. I especially like the xpanded metal. My store boughts () are solid pans and are always filled with welding rubble. Gotta make 3 when I make 'em.
Reply:Looks really nice! What is the best method for coping the ends of the tube like you did in the first picture?
Reply:Very nicely done. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Reply:Hey Sparky,Sorry to resurrect your older thread, but I am in the midst of building my first cart and love your design. May I ask what the outer dimensions are? This looks perfect for my TIG + bottle. Many Thanks, and this thing looks great.HTP Invertig 221Hypertherm Powermax30 XPPlus other stuff
