I know it's a little tough to see. Garage "aka shop is packed pretty full. Only recently have I started more fab work that does consist of more crude fab or functional purpose. It has mainly been large equipment repair or farm repair/fab. So will see how it goes this hopefully all going well gets installed tomorrow. IMG_0167.jpg
Reply:Painted The other thing that will be interesting as I'm 3rd party in this is if code requires it to have pickets. The job super said build to the print no pickets. So will see.
Reply:Looking good. Should take some pictures of the actual welds as well. Helps inspire newbies like me to get better Craftsman 90 amp Arc welder
Reply:I wish my first efforts had looked that good.

Reply:Turns out the stairs were not as square as they were supposed to be. All in all not a bad fit.

Reply:looks good , the stairs behind your looks in need of a railing ! Manual JD2 need to be anchored , and you need some space around it if you are going to bend long runs , every thing under 2" bends well by 2" may take a little 'grunt"gxbxc
Reply:Nice. By me we get some nasty wet winters that crack cement. And from actually having it happen, we only core 4 inches in from the edge of the cement. I know you really had no choice there unless you mounted into the building which has its own problems on outside installations. And or, you would also have reduced the width of your entrance. But when we core, we try for five off the edge, but we will take four. To many times three cracked. A four inch core cracks about one out of twenty times. Never seen a five inch in core crack yet. But with space the way it is today three and four inch cores happen all the time now, even one and two inches from the edge, but we make them sign something if they want less then 4 inches. Sincerely, William McCormick
