help which machine is better and less BS to own

Hi I have a chance to buy a sycrowave 250dx  and another 250dx with cooling system both machine are for sale for 3700 bucks ...the one with cooling system is 150 miles closer than the other one.Both machine are almost new....                 Thanks for reading.......GH
Reply:Once you use a water cooled #20 torch, you will never go back. So just avoid the hassle and get the water cooled rig. If both are identical condition that is.
Reply:Both are expensive. Once you get into that much money buy a new Dynasty DX Or Maxstar. For a bit more money, you get a very much better welder and a warranty.

Reply:i wouldnt compare a maxstar to a syncro. If it were me I would get the cooler, If it craps out or you dont like using it, just unhook it. Reply:Price is a bit high for US prices wow didn't know machinery gouging was that crazy in cdn. Why not take a trip down here to the states with some cash and save $$? Buy a welder from clist and take it home. Get whatever you can afford, although I would go with the cooler gives you plenty room for growth.

Reply:No, it's true you can't buy a Dynasty with accessories for that price. That is a big share of the cost of a Dynasty. If you are a real welder addict, like Steve one day you'll upgrade to a Dynasty. Then the true cost is 3700 plus the price of the Dynasty. Skip the 3700 and go for the machine you want. The Syncrowave was the best the world had to offer at the time of its introduction. Now, it's a 10 pound cell phone.
Reply:Boys your killin' me will have to look into a Dynasty.....one fellow has one for sale on kijiji for 8000.00 here in Canada.Will look up the model but doesn't matter I ain't payin another 8 grand for a welder.Bought a Lincoln 350mp with a Python last Sept.

Reply:The machine with the cooler has according to owner 16 hours on it so it be almost brand new and for what I do,cause I'm not a big time shop so don't want to spend mega bucks on a tig.....But it would be nice to have a great machine for years to come.....  By the way guys I appreciate all your input, love to hear guys input before I spend money....                                                                GH
