What is the lowest amperage you can run and still get a spray on a spool gun running .030" 4043 wire?

Reply:At work we have an AIRCO MIDGET from the 1950's. We welded .063 aluminum with it with good results. I don't recall the amperage but I don't believe it was anywhere near 180 amps.
Reply:18 volts or so should spray with .030 wire. 20 or so for.035 .
