I have a Squarewave 255 that I bought new in '96. It's the one with the digital display. I use it for bicycle framebuilding and it's been a great machine.I don't use the pulser because the built-in unit only has has one adjustment: pulses/sec. I've never been able to get used to the stock background current and % on/off settings. I'm hoping to find the pendant pulser that will work with my machine.I'm told that the pulser worked by altering the information coming from the pedal assembly and that to get the pulse to work, one may have had to add a ground wire... a bit of fiddling required, maybe.Does anyone know the model name or part number for this pulser? Have one in use? Or other recommendation?I found reference to a K1619-1 that was used on some Squarewaves. Is this it?Thanks for your help! |
