Home made cooler: Filter and regulator recommendations.

Thought I saw a thread here where someone put a water filter on their cooler but can't seem to find that thread.Can anyone recommend a brand/style filter? Seems it might be cheap insurance to not blocking flow to torch. What about pressure regulator for the water circuit?Thinking I want to build a cooler and starting to assemble parts.Thanks,DB
