I was wondering what others though about this Dialarc on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Miller-Diala...#ht_812wt_1396
Reply:A Dialarc is a fine machine, but not at that price. You can probably find a bare machine like that from a private seller in the $300-$400 range without waiting too long - cheaper if you're willing to wait. Check CL and your local classified ad papers.
Reply:Alright well then I'll keep looking. Thanks for the advice. Other than CL, local classifieds and Ebay - where can I look to find something local. I live in Birmingham, AL, a city founded on iron, so I can't imagine there isn't an abundance of people getting rid of used machines around me.
Reply:Use a Craigslist aggregator. I like Crazedlist. Preset the areas and a keyword (which you can change) and bookmark it. Set browser per Crazedlist instructions.http://www.crazedlist.org/Here's an example. Once set you can change just the search term and check the areas for whatever you like:http://crazedlist.org/index.cgi?area...&submit=Search |
