Hand-held tungsten grinders?

I've been using a regular bench grinder to sharpen tungsten, but recently learned that due to contamination, it may not be the best method.  Came across a hand-held sharpener today in a local pawn shop, an Arc-Zone Sharpie.  I don't know anything about these types of sharpeners, other than they appear to be expensive.  I can probably get the sharpener for around $80, and it comes with a couple extra grinding wheels.  Would it be worth it at this price, or would I be better off getting a small (and cheap) grinder to use as a dedicated sharpener?

Reply:I have used bench grinders as well as dedicated diamond wheel grinders. I prefer a bench grinder. I can put a nice point by hand but chuck it in the drill and and you can get a nice point, and quick. Honestly I wouldn't worry about contamination… have you had issues with contamination? Reply:Once you grind the shape you want you will want to polish it on a 120 flap wheel or higher. I know a guy that uses a 400 grit grinding wheel on his bench grinder and an even finer  wheel then 400 grit
