Any suggestions on the best Tig/Mig combo? Budget would be $2k max. I am a hobbyist looking to get into light manufacturing of industrial style furniture as a weekend warrior. So I want a good machine but also want something that will last. Currently I have a Lincoln Pro Mig 175 (220 volt). It does a good job but I wouldn't mind upgrading if I could find a good combo package. I really want a Tig machine but I'm hoping for $2k I could get both in one. Reply:It really depends if u need AC Tig or not. The Thermal arc 3 in 1 machines are nice.
