mobile tig gear

So I am starting a small side business (hopeully it turns into a real one some day). I am doing mobile tig work. Mostly on kitchen stainless and some small aluminum work on boats. Thats where all my contacts are so I want to keep it simple and just do good honest work. I so far have a ton of clamps. a tig machine, two grinders with abrasives for al and stainless, a portable welding table, a 26 with stuby kit and a 9 flex head, I am buying a bench grinder for tungsten and a portaband. I also have a oxy propane torch kit, I am sure I am missing some stuff but anything that you would suggest as a must have please suggest it.Most the places will let me use there power so I will only be renting a gen when needed for now. I dont have the money for a ranger or anything yet.also sorry I know these threads are taxing but I have read 100 of them and most where geared towards pipe welding rigs. I am trying to fill a small niche market. Latter I want to move into fab work and custom furniture but that is more of a hobby then anything right now.Thanks for your help.

Reply:As for a tungsten sharpener, many use this,  harbor freight  Replacement Wheels for the 120 Volt Circular Saw Blade Sharpener, the diamond wheel bolted to the side of a regular grinding wheel , works well. There are many posts about this. http://www.harborfreight.com/replace...ner-98862.html
Reply:For aluminum and SS a plasma cutter might get you further than a Oxy/fuel setup. An electric Dynafile is an essential for mobile Stainless. You can re-grain #4 finishes to help hide your work with a scotchbrite belt. I like the flat sanding disc with a backing pad better than a flap wheel for blending. If I only had two tubes of filler they would be 1/16" 309L SS and 3/32" 5356 aluminium. Tungsten is easy to sharpen on the angle grinder with an 80gr disc, a dedicated sharpener is a waste. Reply:Thanks brazin. I too like the backing better. Comes from sanding hundreds of surfboards lol. I am trying to get a plasma also. Hopping to get started in 2 weeks.
Reply:also gotta get a dynafile. I am good with a angle grinder/ big millwauke sander even on delicate stuff but that thing is slick!!!
