Window grating + a tabletop + some pram wheels... (lotta pics)

I recently removed some window grating from one end of our home, and was asked by my parents to use them, along with a spare tabletop, to make a food cart for out on the patio for my mom.Start with some wheels from a child's toy pram...And some recently removed window grating, and a 'spare' tabletop from a recent patio upgrade...Cutting and test fitting...Back from powdercoating (just media blasted to clear off the caked on paint)...Fixing all the cheap welds...
Reply:Using leftover loops as extra midsection supports...Coming together...First test assembly...Supplies for the handles...Handle ends smoothed down and assembled...
Reply:Cross support from handle to handle, also serves to counter the minor warping due to welding and the inconsistencies between the grating sections...Tabs for bolting the tabletop to the frame...Disassembled and off to powdercoating...Back from powdercoating, handles stained, and reassembly...And done! Only thing left to do is cut and insert a plastic surface on the midsection.. but I don't really feel like showing that off.

Reply:Sure thing, I'd linked the original images from facebook, and who knows why but they insist on changing their file hosting server names somewhat regularly it seems.
