Reply:25 years ago when my wife turned 40 she told me she would like a tread mill for her birthday so she could do a lot of walking and help keep her figure. Being the wise and thoughtful man I was at that time I thought about it and bought her a 16 inch cut push lawnmower. My thinking was she could walk a lot pushing that little mower on a 3 acre Yard ( lawn to most of you guys). She was so surprised when I gave it to her at her birthday party. She was absolutely speechless. Really speechless. In fact 6 weeks later she was still excited about the lawnmower from what I could observe..............she was still speechless. I must have really gotten her attention with that gift. Took nearly 3 months for the mower surprise to wear off and she recover her voice....... Hopefully your wife /girl friend will be as speechless as my wife was.... By the way make sure your life insurance is up to date. Great looking gift you have there. Richey

Reply:We were married about 10 years before I bought my wife a diamond ring. For her birthday this year, after 36 years, I got her a little stuffed monkey toy at Dollar Tree. Do not spoil them. Look at what it costs these billionaires to get rid of their wives. I just ask "What's for dinner?".My former boss bought his wife a push lawn mower as a present and she was delighted with it. Exercise machine to her.Last edited by Oldendum; 03-22-2015 at 06:05 PM."USMCPOP" First-born son: KIA Iraq 1/26/05Syncrowave 250 w/ Coolmate 3Dialarc 250, Idealarc 250SP-175 +Firepower TIG 160S (gave the TA 161 STL to the son)Lincwelder AC180C (1952)Victor & Smith O/A torchesMiller spot welder
