Miller Big 40 Welder 100% duty cycle, 300 amps. Gas drive, starts right up and runs fine but looks rough. No leads or battery included, I have a battery and leads to test unit but they are not for sale. Arrangements to test the welder are welcome. I have a copy of the manual to go with the machine.
