So, I recently bought a second hand Precision Tig 225, and Im looking for another 35mm dinse plug for the front. They seem to be hard to come by online. Looking for one at a good price, and in new or solid used condition. Scratches, etc arent an issue (you should see the welder lol) but it must be solid. Also looking for a good used stick welding lead, 25 feet or so. PM me with what you've got, and what you want for it. I can do Paypal, Post Office money order, whatever is best for you. Thanks for looking [Account Abandoned 8/8/16 Please Do Not Attempt Contact Or Expect A Reply]. See you on YouTube! -ChuckE2009

Wire size going into the back of the plug or something? Idk... For $10.50, its worth a shot!![Account Abandoned 8/8/16 Please Do Not Attempt Contact Or Expect A Reply]. Reply:35-50 refers to the square millimeters of the wire cross section. (That's from a flyer from the actual DINSE company.) The LENCO LDP-50M plugs are available at WeldingSupply.com for $8.25 each.BrandX, do you have 25 and 50 DINSE or 50 and 70? The 50s and 70s seem to have the .508" plug but one could be longer, I suppose.DINSE flyers:http://www.dinse-us.com/media/1/1/18...ockets_inc.pdfhttp://www.olympustechnologies.co.uk...connectors.pdfLast edited by Oldendum; 07-03-2012 at 07:01 AM."USMCPOP" First-born son: KIA Iraq 1/26/05Syncrowave 250 w/ Coolmate 3Dialarc 250, Idealarc 250SP-175 +Firepower TIG 160S (gave the TA 161 STL to the son)Lincwelder AC180C (1952)Victor & Smith O/A torchesMiller spot welder

Reply:As Oldendum says, the number refers to the metric equivalent of wire gauge. 50, 70, and 90mm plugs are the same pin diameter; 25mm are the smaller ones. I've never seen a 35mm before.For reference:25 mm^2 is close to #450 " " " ' #170 " " " " 1/090 " " " " 3/0JohnA few weldersA lot of hammersA whole lot of C-clamps |
