Where did I see this?

One of my students found a hanger that fits on a cylinder for sale on a welding supply site. We can't find it again.The hanger kinda looks like the attached sketch the student made..Would like to purchase a couple for the shop.Can anyone point us to the correct web page?Thanks!

Reply:If you have the slightest fabrication skills and equipment, you should be able to easily build some like it. You already have the general design.
