I work at a production fab/weld shop. We are all blue. I usually use deltaweld 302, deltaweld 462, and xmt 350 with series 60 and 70 feeders. We have recently picked up some work welding tubing. Alot of the work is done with the product in a turner. We had one pulse welder when we took these jobs, good news today is we have 2 more on the way next week. I have personally been doing quality inspection/ pressure leak testing on parts. The qualityof the pulse welder parts is awesome. The MIG parts have about a 10% failure rate, but the pulse MIG has almost no fail parts. We have good trainers, but I am hoping we can get our salesman to give or loan us the training videos series, and or books. any tips or advice on pulsed to give me a head start would be appreciated.
Reply:Actually you may want to check the miller web page I got the trainning course from them and am impressed with the knowledge I have gainned.Good luck there are also videos there.Nobody moves nobody gets hurt(safety first)millematic passportmiller 375 plasmacutter |
