Reply:The thing with those brackets is that he was replacing them after he bent the original ones on the 1/4 mile.The original bracket were fine until he fitted slicks.Slicks, 4 speed and wild take off make for some big loads on those brackets.Oh, he did make those welds look good by giving them a finger smear of black silicon.
