incoln has two new machines coming out, so if you are one that wants the latest, check out their new units. They are the SP140T,and the SP140Cwhich is the 115v unit, and the SP180T, and SP180C, which are the 220V units, as was with the SP135 and SP175, the "T" stands for the "tapped" voltage adjustment, whereas the "C" is for the continuous voltage adjustment. Either way you can't go wrong, as I'd be willing to bet distributors (and various websites) will be discounting the older units in the near future, you can't go wrong with the Miller units either. I sell this stuff for a living and my only advice to you would be to buy the best one you can afford, you won't be disapointed. I don't want to knock anybody's equipment on this board, and agree that a guy's got to buy what he can afford but we see far more warranty claims from Hobart Handlers, and the Lincoln units that are sold in the "Big Box" stores than we ever do of the better Lincoln and Miller units.
