Ok so a buddy of mine comes by and tells me about this idea he had for a cake stand for his wedding. I told him to get the materials and let me know when he was ready. The Bars are one 1.25 hex bar, two 1" hex bars, and two 1/4" twisted square bars. We used the appropriate size hex socket to attach the bars to the plate. Welded the sockets to the base and the bars just drop in. Reply:wow dude thats really cool but i got some 16ga plate id trade ya for that 1/2 plate that yall used lol. jk man but it really does look neat2001 dodge 3500 with custom bed, 1995 miller 44dlx welder and all the equipment any welder needs! Soon to come a Miller pipe pro 304 with a 12rc feeder!

Reply:if we use our vendor's stand, its $50 bucks too. But, my mom has some glass cake stands and I might use one of those instead, and then its just a matter of getting the stand to the vendor. Have you tried ebay for cake stands? That might be a good place to look.
