Just re did my trailer for the new welder.

I have a 6x10 enclosed trailer i use for all of my portable work , its small but it gets the job done and its alot easier to pull then a 24 footer loaded down to the hilt. i usually know what a job entails when i go out on it so i pack things i know i will need. I need to mount my High frequency unit and my xr feeder so they are in the trailer probably work on that tomorrow. The old welder AEAD 200LE decided it wanted to throw a rod total bummer but all in all a god send i needed a reason to get a new machine. Where the Trailblazer is located now use to be a work bench , i put the snap on box in there to help with tools and it took up to much space under and on the work bench plus i rarely used it so i did away with it. I have 4-500 feet of 2/0 welding lead in the job box in the back of the truck so yeah its always with me if the spools arent enough. Also i purchased the Milwaukee circular metal saw, i am so in love with this thing i cant even explain it , i cut a ton of 6x6x5/16 angle on the job i just finished and i didnt even ruin the blade, couldnt believe just how amazing it cuts , no im not a tool dealer just happy with something , the only thing i dislike is the "made in Taiwan" sticker on it. anyway just thought id share some pics of my money maker. Reply:Thought id throw up a picture of how the trailer was once set up. Plus i have doors that are made out of caging panels that close when your deep inside a hole or inside a building welding that allow complete air flow without worrying about anything walking off. Reply:Yeah it might be insured but in all seriousness im sorta paranoid. lol I have worked to long and to hard for other people to have to spend profits replacing tooling some "exemplatory statement" decides to steal.I forgot how to change this.
Reply:The only suggestion I could make is, to have a "bench" a little higher than the floor at the back door that can be easily and quickly setup to work on (so is to not have to be bent over). So YES you can own too many tools.

Reply:In my first picture u can kinda see the second set of doors the trailer has , They are made out of cage panels, close them up and i can be welding inside a building or down in a hole or up in the air without worry, and it allows complete airflow through the trailer for the welder. Plus they work good to hang stuff on like chains cables argon hose and if ya cut the outside locks ya gotta deal with the inside locks lol . I know id be pist if i spent 20 minutes cuttin one lock off only to get in and find out i gotta deal with another lol.I forgot how to change this.
