Last time it happened it was 4 months ago and just happened again. I was welding and then cleaned that pass and went to weld again and nothing wouldn't arc but had power to my remote box   and grinders worked  I shut the machine down and cycled through the gears and then still nothing shut it down again it sat for a few min fired it up it arced up and it's welding fine, can't figure it out

Reply:My local and remote switch is about a month old i found out the hard way that your not suppose to switch them while the machine is running… it has been left in the remote position since i installed it. I'm gona have to get into it this weekend and see what i can find  I'm not to sure what I'm going to be looking for besides corroded  or broke wires when it comes to the generator portion of the machine I'm pretty unsure and don't want to screw things up, the machine welds fine after i got it going again it welded awesome.
