I have a Lincoln Pro Mig 140 that I bought new from Lowe's 2 years ago. When I got it, it worked perfectly. About a year ago is when the problem first started. I am using .030 Lincoln solid mig wire and even with the gun as straight as possible the wire will feed inconsistently. Sometimes it will work perfectly, other times it won't feed long enough to even tack something into place.I am using the correct side of the drive roller and the wing nut that holds the wire on is as loose as I could get it without the spool unrolling. When it first started I adjusted the tensioner down a little tighter and that solved the problem, but now it is as tight as it can get and still having this problem. I am wondering if maybe the drive roller has wear on it and not getting a good enough bite on the wire? Is this a problem anyone else has had? Someone told me to change out the liner because that was there problem, but after replacing that and the tip there was no change.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Reply:I think there was 3 different arms. You will have to get the right one for your welder. You will need the model number and serial number to get the right one.www.georgesplasmacuttershop.comPlasma Cutter and Welder Sales and Repairs--Ebay storeTec.Mo.
