So we got a last minute call to do some fabrication for MTV's reality show "Are You The One". This is a light box frame that a 90" tv will also mount to. Measures 8'2"x16'5"x14". Boy was it fun trying to keep square. Also, have no extra space at the shop so we had to do it on the floor at my business partner's house. It's getting delivered tomorrow, I'll post some finished pics at a later time. Have some on site welding Thursday, so I'll sneak some pics when we are there also. Reply:Here is the finished product. A 90" touchscreen tv will be mounted to the small center frame for the "actors" to vote on. Voting for what, I'm not sure. Personally, this thing needed way more support/reinforcing, but what the customer wants is what they get. We finished it 30 minutes before the truck showed up to deliver it. It was a last minute fun one that paid well... Reply:They gave us prints for it. It won't fail, as it's 1/8" wall 1" sq. tube, unless of course some drunk "actor" climbs on top and it falls on someone.
